Right now you can make use of three homes, fencing, a roping arena, 85-foot round pen, concrete wash rack, an RV hookup with electric and septic tank, 8x20 storage container, excellent soil, grassland, three wells, miles of underground piping with 90+ faucets and exclusive access to 80 acres of BLM land. Mineral rights will be conveyed. Around 40 trees here are on drip irrigation, including fruit trees and cottonwood trees.

Escape from the rest of the world and into a peaceful, Western way of life. The Painted Pony Ranch lays hidden in the San Simon Valley, situated between the Chiracahua and Peloncillo Mountains former home to the Chiracahua Indians. During that time, the land was part of an area referred to as the Robber’s Path due to its frequent use by the infamous Clanton Gang, (The Cowboys), outlaws who used the land throughout the 1870s and 1880s leading up to the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral in 1881.

The Painted Pony Ranch is located in Rodeo, N.M., a quiet community located between Tucson, AZ and El Paso, TX, just 2 1/2 hours from each city. The clean deep blue skies and dark starry nights attract photographers, artists and astronomers worldwide.

The Main residence has 1948 square feet of living space and features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open kitchen, living room and sitting room with decks in both the front and back. The second home on the property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, living and dining rooms and a kitchen complete with granite countertops and lots of cabinet space. When you add the third home into the mix, it’s clear that you could easily turn this ranch into a getaway inn with an exclusive resort and a private landing strip nearby.

All of this awaits you on the Painted pony Ranch in Rodeo, New Mexico. This is an area that boasts a compelling history and comfortably mild weather. Once the beloved home of the Chiracahua Indians, their petroglyphs in the Chiracahua Mountains are now home to untold numbers of rare species of wildlife. Anyone would be proud to call this land home, and there has never been a greater opportunity to own your piece of the American Dream!
