Having graduated from Continental Auctioneers School, in Minnesota (which specializes in the sale of real estate using the auction marketing method) Maverick was voted the most professional Auctioneer. As an auctioneer, Maverick has sold real estate and fine art in over 72 countries around the world. In the last eight years he has been selling Real Estate exclusively using the accelerated marketing method of auctions.

With over 15 years of international sales and marketing, Jennie brings her years of experience to every aspect of the auction business, from initial preparations and fine details to title work and contracts. She overseas the daily operations, coordinates with brokers bringing buyers and sellers together to ensure smooth real estate auction transactions. Her versatility includes communicating, building and maintaining relationships with potential partners and customer development both in the U.S. and worldwide. Jennie is a licensed Broker. A member of Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, she holds a Florida real estate license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Susan Gregson has over 15 years in the commercial and residential mortgage industry and over 30 years of management experience. Susan’s organizational skills leave nothing to chance and her attention to detail is a must have on auction day. Susan has been actively engaged in the auction business exclusively since 2006, she is detail oriented with organizational and follow-through abilities to manage onsite staff and provide administrative support as well as assisting Clients on auction day. She is professional in every way, demonstrating teamwork and dependability. Additionally, Susan directly interfaces with listing agents, buyer’s agents, buyers, sellers and Title closing companies.

Letitia brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge from dealing with clients of the luxury home market. She is a focused and talented individual with a background in marketing which when combined with her knowledge of Luxury Real Estate is second to none. Letitia is respected by her peers and trusted by her clients, providing unsurpassed service. Her focus on the luxury property market, commitment to hard work and marketing background leaves no detail to chance. Letitia attended the Western College of Auctioning in Billings, Montana and is a licensed Auctioneer and real estate professional.

Mike has been involved in real estate since 1972. He is a practicing broker in commercial buyer/investor and tenant representation, land acquisition and assemblage, and investor consultation. He is a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist, a Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist, a Certified Land Sales Specialist, and an e-Pro. He is also President of the Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. He has one of the highest name recognitions within the real estate profession in Metro Phoenix. In addition to commercial brokerage practice, over the years Mike has also worked in the fields of land development, redevelopment, multi-housing management, commercial property management, appraisal, and land planning. Mike is a member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS.

Mark has been involved in the auction business for over 5 years. During that time he has conducted numerous successful auction events including charity and benefit auctions. Marks' responsibilities include providing technical solutions to auction events ensuring a smooth presentation both on-site and live via Internet bidding portals.

Most recently, Dickey was Sr. Vice President Professional Services for ePartners. ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year, specialized in delivering, integrating and customizing solutions tailored specifically for each client’s business needs. The group has a concentration in Microsoft .Net programming, Portal development services, systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core ERP and CRM product offerings. Prior to joining ePartners, Dickey was Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Pervasive Software where he led the services group in both North America and Europe. The group focused on solving complex database problems and had a specific practice in replication and disaster recovery solutions.

Kevin Oldham brings over 14 years of marketing and advertising expertise to the United Country team. Prior to joining United Country, Oldham launched a marketing firm that catered exclusively to real estate developers, offering strategic solutions designed to generate traffic for their projects. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Oldham offered marketing services for Kansas City’s largest residential real estate broker and for an international movie theatre circuit. Oldham earned his MBA from Baker University in 2007.

Brian has served as a Professional Ringman for many years, he has also competed in and won two Championship Auctioneer contests.As a Ringman, Brian's responsibilities include an accurate interpretation of buyer interest and an effective communication of buyer participation the auction team.
